NBR LATEX

RF-9619 is a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer emulsion designed for medical examination gloves. RF-9619 has high tensile strength and high elongation.  

1. Mix nitrilelatex RF-9619, sulfur, accelerator, zinc oxide, anti-aging agent, dye, and titanium dioxide to cure at 60 degrees for 24 hours; 

2. Put in the hand mold, and then immerse in calcium nitrate; repeat the process of “put in the hand mold, immerse in calcium nitrate” until the hand mold reaches the required thickness; 

3. Dry at 140 degrees for 20-30 minutes;
4. Wash and dry;
5. If making powdered gloves, add talcum powder at the end;
