Waterproof coating (pure acrylic polymer emulsion)

Acrylic waterproof coating is a one-component water-emulsion type waterproof coating prepared by adding pure acrylic polymer emulsion as base material and adding other additives. After the waterproof coating is cured, the waterproof film formed has a certain degree of extensibility, elasticity, plasticity, crack resistance, impermeability and weather resistance, and can play a role in waterproof, anti-seepage and protection.

The waterproof coating has good temperature adaptability, simple operation, easy repair and maintenance.

General-purpose waterproof coating, also called JS waterproof coating. It is a two-component waterproof material composed of a liquid material composed of acrylic emulsion and additives and a powder material composed of cement, sand and mineral powder in a specific ratio. After the two materials are mixed, a chemical reaction occurs, which not only forms a surface coating waterproof, but also penetrates into the substrate to form crystals to block the passage of water, achieving a double waterproof effect

Features: Rigid waterproof material, outstanding bonding performance, mainly used for waterproof and moisture-proof treatment of toilets, kitchens and bathrooms.

Scope of application: Walls and floors of indoor and outdoor cement concrete structures, mortar and masonry structures; Waterproof the floors and walls of toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, balconies, and pools; Used for the bottoming treatment before paving stone, ceramic tile, wood floor, wallpaper, gypsum board, which can prevent moisture and salt pollution.

Base surface treatment: The substrate must be firm, smooth, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, release agent, etc. and other debris; If the base surface has pores, cracks, unequal defects, it must be repaired and smoothed with cement mortar in advance. It is recommended to stick plastic strips on the expansion joints, add a layer of non-woven fabric to the nodes, and fill the nozzle with grout; The newly poured concrete surface should be allowed to dry completely before construction.

Instructions:

1) Stirring: Pour the liquid material into the container first, then slowly add the powder material, and at the same time fully stir for 3-5 minutes to form a uniform slurry without raw powder masses and particles before use; (better use a stirrer)

2) Brushing: Brush directly on the base surface with a brush or roller brush, with uniform strength and no missing brushes; generally 2 brushing times (according to the requirements of use) are required, and the thickness of each brushing should not exceed 1mm; Once it is slightly dry and then apply the next time (just not stick to the hands, usually 1-2 hours apart), paint the front and back vertically and crosswise, the total thickness of the painting is generally 1-2mm; if the coating has been cured, paint Moisten the other layer with water first.

3) Cure: It is recommended to cover the coating with a damp cloth or spray water to maintain the coating 24 hours after construction.

4) Protection: Please take protection against trampling, rain, sun exposure, sharp damage, etc. before being completely dried after construction.

5) Inspection (closed water test): Please store full water for 48 hours after the waterproof layer is dry (at least 24 hours in summer and 48 hours in winter) to check whether the waterproof construction is qualified. Lightweight walls must be tested for water spray.
