Water-based pressure sensitive adhesive

Water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is a type of adhesive that is sensitive to pressure. It has higher peel strength and higher peel strength, suitable for bonding between foam, paper and other materials.

Instructions

1. Clean the dirt on the bonded surface (such as dust, water, oil and other stains) before use
2. Use screen printing to apply the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive to the bonding surface, with a thickness greater than 40 microns, and let it dry. (Use 80 mesh stainless steel wire mesh)
3. Until the colloid is transparent and completely dry. (Dry in an adjustable blast oven at 60℃ for 20 minutes)
4. After it is completely dry, quickly glue the bonding surfaces together or use release paper to protect them.
5. After bonding the bonding surfaces to each other, apply a certain pressure to ensure a good bonding effect.
6. After using the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, close the lid tightly.
7. Clean the used screens, brushes, clips and other tools with warm water before the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is cured
