Acrylic coating film has excellent weather resistance, durability, film-forming properties, low-temperature flexibility, and has a rich source of raw materials, and the production process is simple The acrylate polymer emulsion is widely used in the preparation of elastic emulsions. In this paper, a pre-emulsified semi-continuous combined monomer dropwise addition is used as the polymerization process, with methyl methacrylate as the hard monomer and butyl acrylate as the soft monomer. Acrylic acid is a functional monomer, and monomer Ⅲ is a crosslinking monomer. Inorganic particles are introduced into the polymer emulsion to prepare an acrylate elastic emulsion. The amount of initiator, polymerization temperature, selection and dosage of emulsifier system, and crosslinking monomer are investigated. The amount of the polymer film, the introduction method and amount of inorganic components, the form of silica, etc. affect the mechanical properties, water absorption, optical properties, heat resistance and other properties of the polymer film. The results show that: when the polymerization temperature is 80 ℃, the emulsifier When the dosage, the amount of initiator, the amount of crosslinking monomer, and the ratio of soft and hard monomers are 3.0%, 0.2%, 2.0%, and 2.6:1 respectively, the crosslinked acrylate elastic emulsion obtained has the best performance. Nano SiO2 is introduced by pre-emulsification method, silica sol is introduced by physical blending method with emulsion, when TEOS and A-151 are introduced together, when the dosage is 0.5%, 1.5%, and 9%, organic/inorganic with excellent performance can be prepared.
