Professional raw material purchasers and glove R&D engineers pay close attention to precise technical indicators and internal molecular performance of nitrile latex. This article fully displays all standard technical parameters, molecular characteristics and formulation matching performance of Ruico RFA-7632 carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile latex, strictly based on official TDS document.
RFA-7632 is aqueous colloidal copolymer dispersion modified by carboxyl functional groups, medium acrylonitrile monomer content, matched dedicated emulsifier system and built-in high-efficiency antioxidant stabilizer, forming stable milky white liquid emulsion without stratification under sealed storage. Carboxyl groups provide extra crosslinking sites during vulcanization, significantly improving film compactness, puncture resistance and elongation of finished gloves compared with ordinary non-carboxylated NBR latex.
- Appearance: Homogeneous milky white liquid, no visible solid particles, no oil separation
- Solid Content: 45.0 ±1 wt%, moderate solid content balances film-forming speed and dilution cost
- pH Range: 8.0–9.0, neutral-alkaline system compatible with sulfur vulcanization, metal oxide crosslinking systems
- Viscosity Test Condition: Brookfield LV viscometer, spindle 2, 30rpm, 25℃; typical value ≤100 cps, low viscosity for smooth high-speed dipping
- Acrylonitrile Content: Medium grade, realizing optimal balance of mechanical strength, softness and chemical resistance
Core processing advantage: good self-stabilization, no special compounding process requirements, compatible with most conventional glove dipping auxiliary agents (sulfur, accelerator, zinc oxide, pigment, dispersant etc.). It can adapt to room temperature and medium temperature dipping manufacturing conditions, with high film-forming efficiency and high finished glove yield after vulcanization. Recommended exclusive application: mass production of disposable medical examination gloves, the finished gloves achieve ideal balance between tensile strength and hand touch softness.
Original unopened IBC tank and Flexitank packaging are added with anti-microbial protective components, inhibiting bacterial and mold reproduction during transportation and storage within 6-month shelf life. Storage environment requirement: dark, cool, ventilated warehouse, strictly avoid freezing, low temperature will cause irreversible emulsion breakdown. After opening packaging, external microorganisms will pollute latex; it is recommended to add matched biocides and keep workshop high hygiene standard for long-term use.
Safety operation technical specification: Avoid direct long-time contact with eyes and skin; large-volume mixing operation must be deployed in fully ventilated workshop. Splashed latex will make ground slippery, anti-slip protection must be arranged in production area. We provide updated SDS documents covering global chemical safety regulations, supporting factory safety management and import customs inspection.
All listed parameters are typical reference values, actual finished glove performance will have slight fluctuation according to customer’s self-formula, dipping temperature and equipment parameters. We recommend customers carry out multiple repeated small-scale trials before mass production to adjust optimal compounding formula to meet local medical certification standards. Stir RFA-7632 fully evenly before each test to guarantee uniform test data.
