Two official export packaging for RFA-7632:
- IBC Tank (1000L): Suitable for small & medium batch trial orders, sealed cover design to prevent leakage and external pollution
- Flexitank: For full-container large bulk shipment, professional liquid chemical transport lining to avoid latex freezing and contamination during ocean transportation
Original sealed packaging adds anti-microbial additives during production, which can effectively resist microbial attack within shelf life without extra treatment.
- Storage environment: Dark, cool, ventilated indoor warehouse, keep ambient temperature stable, avoid direct sunlight and heat source
- Strict prohibition: Freezing environment, once frozen, emulsion will break down completely and cannot be restored
- Valid shelf life under standard storage: 6 months after delivery date
- After opening tank operation: Open latex loses anti-microbial protection, must maintain strict workshop hygiene; if storage time exceeds 3 days, matched biocides should be added to prevent mold and bacterial reproduction leading to production failure
- Skin & eye protection: Operators must wear protective gloves and goggles, avoid long-time direct contact between latex liquid and skin or eyes; once splashed into eyes, wash with plenty of clean water immediately
- Ventilation requirement: Large-volume mixing, stirring and dipping procedures must be operated in fully ventilated workshop space
- Anti-slip reminder: Liquid latex splashed on ground will form slippery layer, production area needs anti-slip mat and timely cleaning measures
- Waste disposal: Abandoned latex and cleaning waste shall be disposed in accordance with local chemical waste management laws, relevant disposal guidance can be found in SDS documents
