These parameters guarantee smooth circulation inside dipping tanks, excellent compatibility with foaming agents, pigments and vulcanizing agents, and avoid repeated pH adjustment during compounding. The latex features rapid surface gelation once contacting fabric liners, significantly reducing dripping loss and stabilizing coating weight. It also demonstrates superior foaming performance, enabling manufacturers to produce lightweight foam-coated gloves with fewer foaming additives to improve air permeability for long-shift workers.

In terms of finished glove performance, the medium-acrylonitrile design achieves a balanced performance matrix. Carboxyl functional groups strengthen crosslink density after vulcanization, greatly improving surface abrasion resistance.
