RF-106Z Low Smoke Non-Halogen Flame Retardant Positioning Emulsion For Fiberglass

RF-106Z is a modified environmentally friendly flame retardant polymer emulsion. According to the requirements of fiber reinforced lightweight building materials and the characteristics of coating processes, we developed this product specially for alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh. It can be used alone, or in conjunction with our hard polymer from the same product line to achieve better results.

• The formulation has been designed to help to achieve good permeability and high binding force
• Excellent water and alkali resistance of film due to special modification technique. The glass fiber mesh coated with this product has been soaked in 5% NaOH alkali solution for 28 days. The film is not swelling and the mesh cloth is not broken.It has high-quality alkali resistance retention rate.

RF-106Z Low Smoke Non-Halogen Flame Retardant Polymer Emulsion can be coated with low temperature and fast speed, thus reducing the production cost. The coatings have the additional benefit of resistance to yellowing. The suggesting oven temperature is 140-160°C and the recommended speed is 16-20 m/min.
