RF- 601 Efficient flame retardant

RF-601 is a high efficiency flame retardant powder with composite system. This high efficiency flame retardant powder is produced with special production process. It is mainly based on flame retardant that meets environmental protection requirements, and right amount of auxiliary flame retardant, synergistic agent added at the same time. The flame retardant is especially suitable for the flame retardant of oily PU, oily PA in the field of tent cloth, leather, adhesive tape and the like.

• Good flame retardancy, add a small amount of flame retardant to achieve the certain flame retardant effect
• Good compatibility with oily PU and PA
• Do not contain Polybrominated Biphenyls(PBB) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ether(PBDE)

This product is suitable for solvent-type PU and PA resins flame retardant coatings. Before use, the amount of usage should be determined according to the customer's flame retardancy requirements. The RF-601 is pre-dispersed in the solvent, then the resin is added. This will help to achieve better flame retardancy and fabric effect. If not, the flame retardancy is unstable and the cloth could have white particles.
