Successful application of RF-8273 depends on proper formulation and processing. As a coating binder, it is typically used with additional components such as hard resins and thickeners, adjusted according to fabric structure and performance requirements.
RF-8273 is suitable for scraping processes and demonstrates stable viscosity (≤300 mPa·s), allowing uniform coating application. After coating, thermal curing at 130–150 °C for 50–60 seconds activates self-crosslinking, ensuring water pressure resistance and adhesion.
Proper mixing and trial evaluation are recommended before large-scale production. When processed correctly, RF-8273 delivers consistent performance across a wide range of synthetic textile substrates.
