Nitrile gloves come from nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), a copolymer. Acrylonitrile and butadiene are combined in a copolymerization process to create this material. RF-9619 is a butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer emulsion designed for medical examination gloves. RF-9619 has high tensile strength and high elongation.  

  1. Mix nitrilelatex RF-9619, sulfur, accelerator, zinc oxide, anti-aging

agent, dye, and titanium dioxide to cure at 60 degrees for 24 hours; 

  1. Put in the hand mold, and then immerse in calcium nitrate; repeat

the process of “put in the hand mold, immerse in calcium nitrate”

until the hand mold reaches the required thickness; 

  1. Dry at 140 degrees for 20-30 minutes;
  2. Wash and dry;
  3. If making powdered gloves, add talcum powder at the end;
