Add 200 g of the emulsion filtered with a 120 mesh screen into a 1000ml enamel cup, place the enamel cup on the mixer, fix it with a clamp, start the stirring, adjust the speed to 4000r/min, and after stirring for 0.5 h, observe whether the emulsion is broken or flocculated. If there is no obvious flocculation, filter with a 120-mesh screen. If there is no or only a small amount of flocculation, it is considered to have passed.
