Low production efficiency and frequent film defects severely restrict factory output. LF 2077 & LF 2188 solvent-free PU adhesive is engineered for high-speed multi-roller solvent-free laminators, solving bubble, fogging and flying glue troubles once and for all.
With balanced viscosity: LF2077 1500±500 mPas and LF2188 500±300 mPas at 25°C, the two components mix evenly and spread uniformly on all film substrates. It has outstanding ink compatibility and perfect wetting performance, suitable for transparent, printed and metalized packaging films. The adhesive system achieves stable bonding strength and excellent heat resistance, applicable for boiling and retort food pouches.
Operators adopt automatic two-component dosing units to keep minimal glue stock in coating gaps for stable coating weight control of 1.2–3.2 g/m². If machine stops over 30 minutes, thoroughly clean coating and dosing units with solvent-plasticizer mixture to avoid gel blockage. A full equipment cleaning every 6–8 hours is mandatory to maintain stable running speed.
Laminates can be slit after 1 day, triplex structures can be produced 24 hours post duplex lamination, and full thermal & chemical resistance forms after 3–5 days room-temperature curing. All food safety certifications are fully covered for domestic and export food packaging. Raw materials are packed in 20kg drums for both main agent and hardener, convenient for factory storage and feeding.
