Production efficiency is critical for flexible packaging factories, and LB 165A/LB 165B is designed to adapt to high-speed dry laminating equipment. The main agent LB 165A owns low viscosity, delivering uniform surface wetting on all common packaging substrates without streaking or missing coating, greatly improving production stability.
This multi-functional PU adhesive supports film-film, metalized film composite and aluminum foil composite structures, with outstanding solvent release performance to effectively lower residual solvent risks. It boasts strong anti-chemical property and stable bonding even under long-term storage. After full curing, the adhesive film keeps elastic and transparent, bringing premium visual effect to finished packaging.
Each component uses ethyl acetate as solvent, light yellow homogeneous liquid at room temperature. LB 165A solid content is 65±2%, LB 165B hardener reaches 75±2%. Users can refer to the official dilution table to match solvent dosage and target working viscosity for consistent coating.
Operation steps are standardized: dilute component A first, then add hardener B under continuous stirring. Strictly control pot life to prevent viscosity rise from causing defective products. For retort and boiling-resistant packaging, higher coating weight is required, matched with gradient drying temperature from 55°C to 85°C.
From production rhythm, triplex composite films can be reprocessed 2–4 hours after lamination, and slitting work can be arranged after 1–2 days. Global food safety certifications are fully covered, suitable for meat, ready-to-eat food sterilization packaging. Store unopened raw materials at -30°C to 25°C for up to 9 months, and follow isocyanate safety operation rules during construction.
