For example, cotton mill factory buildings, warehouses and important places do not use brick and wood structures and temporary simple houses, but use roof fire sprinklers. The workshop and equipment are separated from each other and are made of fireproof materials. Wood and general synthetic materials or plastics are not used. There are main passages and entrances and exits in the workshop. There are more than two elevators on the building and fire safety passages are set up. The fireproof coatings of textile mills are divided into engineering steel structure fireproof coatings and veneer type fireproof coatings. Under normal circumstances, the company will choose different fireproof coatings according to the layout of the plant. Steel structure fireproof coatings are divided into outdoor, indoor, thin and thick types. The fire resistance time of different types is also different. Under normal circumstances, the fire resistance duration of steel structure fireproof coating is 1-3 hours.
The principle of fireproof coating is that the coating layer expands and foams when burned to form a foam, thereby isolating oxygen. At the same time, due to the loose texture of the foamed layer, it has good thermal insulation performance and delays the heat propagation speed, thereby protecting the substrate; according to the physics principle, the process of foaming the foam layer produced by the expansion of the coating exhibits an endothermic reaction due to the expansion of volume. The heat during combustion is consumed, which is beneficial to lowering the temperature of the system, so that the fireproof coating produces significant fire and heat insulation effects.

Of course, the quality of fireproof coating construction has certain requirements:

1. The thickness of the coating should meet the design requirements and must be greater than 85% of the original standard, and the continuous area length of the insufficient thickness is not more than 1 meter, and no similar situation occurs within 5 meters.

2, the coating should be completely closed, no leakage, exposed.

3, the width of the crack should not be greater than 1mm, it is best that the coating does not crack.

4, the coating and the steel substrate should be firmly bonded, without peeling, empty drum and loose.

5, there are parts of the appearance requirements, the surface of the coating should be free of mastoids; the deviation of the busbar straightness and loss of gardening should not exceed 8mm.

The safety of building construction is very important, and the acceptance can only be completed if the above quality requirements are met.
